Prices are communicated individually based on design complexity and materials. We reserve the right to adjust pricing as needed. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

All payments are processed securely via approved platforms. We do not store any payment information.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided during your consultation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occasionally occur due to fabric sourcing, custom fitting needs, or shipping issues.

We will communicate clearly if there is any unexpected delay. Rush orders may include an additional fee.

6. Returns & Alterations

Due to the handmade, custom nature of our items:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • Alterations can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Additional fees may apply depending on the request and scope of changes.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our fault, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

All images, designs, and content on this website (including those shown on Instagram) are the property of SISY DESIGNS. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our work without express written permission.
